Creality 3D Ender-7

The Chinese 3D printing company Creality is launching the Ender-7, a new desktop FDM 3D printer that is said to impress especially with its 3D printing speed of up to 250 mm/s. The special cooling system provides the necessary cooling for the extruder to efficiently produce parts from filament with high quality at a build volume of 250 x 250 x 300 mm. 3D printing company Creality has unveiled a new desktop 3D printer, the Ender-7. With the Creality Ender-7, the manufacturer wants to achieve a “new benchmark in FDM 3D printer speed”. The Ender-7 prints at a speed of 250 mm/s and is suitable for designers and hobby makers and small businesses. The build volume is 250 x 250 x 300 mm.

The dual-motor Core XY structure with linear rail positioning enables fast printing while maintaining model accuracy. The new 3D printer is designed to meet technical users and a need for higher speed. Usually FDM systems are limited to a speed of up to 200 mm / s. The Ender-7’s 42-60 stepper motor and Core-XY structure prevent it from tilting during printing, providing stability and precision. The cooling fan features butterfly-shaped wing ducts that draw in 169% more air than previous models and provide the necessary cooling. A custom nozzle retains up to 50 mm3 in the melt chamber, feeding material smoothly even at high printing speeds.

The familiar dual support frames continue to provide a stable printing platform. With the addition of the precision linear rail, the 3D printer can reduce abrasion and achieve greater stability. Torques can be processed from multiple directions. Creality states that the Ender-7 is able to “dynamically adjust” its acceleration and deceleration algorithms to achieve the desired quality and efficiency.
