Dreame T30

Presented at the early of 2021, the Dreame T30 vertical vacuum cleaner becomes the top model of the Chinese manufacturer, with the best autonomy but also the best function for washing. Even if vertical vacuum cleaners with mop are no longer a novelty, Dreame T30 takes this function to a completely different level.

As an aspect, as can be seen from the presentation images, it retains the design that we find in previous generations (V12 and T20), with small differences almost imperceptible. And not only the design, but also a large part of the technical specifications are almost identical, so I will not go into details and I will try to mention only the novelties that it brings.

The new model retains the same suction power, 450 W, which we find in all vacuum cleaners in the “T” range. It is equipped with an OLED display, which displays through icons icons on how to use, connectivity, filter life and battery level. The same information is available in the phone application.

However, the Dreame T20 adds autonomy, offering up to 90 minutes of operation, of course in ECO suction mode. The actual operating time varies depending on the selected power mode, being between 15, 40 and 90 minutes.

As a small comparison, T20 and V12 had a range of 90 minutes, so the difference is not very big, but it exists. Charging is done through the magnetic wall bracket, which not only charges the device, but also facilitates its storage. It needs 2.5 hours for a full charge.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this article, Dreame T30 takes the mop function to another level. It has a 600 ml tank, equipped with a dosing system, which allows you to set the amount of water to release, depending on the need or the type of surface, directly from its menu. It has 3 preset modes for the amount of water released.

Another novelty is the mop itself, now composed of 2 rotating parts, which produce 200 rotations per minute, thus ensuring the washing of an area of ​​10 square meters in one minute. It can be used both for washing a surface and without releasing water, just for extra shine.
