Description
The Haylou RS3 is the latest smartwatch with great potential to be a hit – it packs an AMOLED screen and GPS in a waterproof case (5ATM), and the price is downright great. How good can a smartwatch be for little money? Youpin Haylou RS3 raises the bar very high, because in the latest promotion it costs only $69.99 and puts almost all competitors to shame.
It’s a decent smartwatch with several sensors, health and sports facilities, and a great design – the Haylou RS3’s envelope is made of aluminum and embeds a 1.2-inch AMOLED screen. The whole thing is waterproof, which is confirmed by the 5ATM standard.
The display offers a high resolution of 390 by 390 pixels and provides access to all functions of the device. There are a lot of them, so let’s start with health – after all, it is the most important.
The pulse oximeter (SpO2) that measures your saturation is just the beginning, as other technologies are also on board: continuous heart rate measurement, sleep quality monitoring, reminders if you’ve been sitting too long, and much more, including breathing exercises.
Youpin Haylou RS3 will also let you take care of your fitness, all thanks to its 14 sports modes, which include running and yoga. Most importantly, measuring distance and other parameters is more accurate thanks to the built-in GPS module – the watch doesn’t need to use smartphone navigation.
Health and sports are one thing, but the smartwatch can also maintain synergy with your phone and deliver notifications from apps straight to your wrist. You can also control the music playing on your phone and find your smartphone via Bluetooth.
Weighing 46 grams, the Haylou RS3 lasts as long as 7 days on battery with normal use, 15 days when using the watch less, and 21 hours when GPS is enabled. These are very solid values.
