JIMMY JV65 Plus

Jimmy has exclusively launched their new vertical vacuum cleaner JV65 Plus on Geekbuying. As the name suggests, it’s not exactly a 100% new model, but rather an upgrade to the old JV53, which will probably be pulled to the right. It retains the same technical specifications as the previous generation, the only novelty being the mop function.

The JV65 Plus adopts the same design as the previous model, which is not necessarily a bad thing. It looks good, seems to be made of quality materials and remains quite compact, weighing only 1.46 kilograms. It is equipped with a wall bracket, which allows it to be attached and loaded directly onto the wall when not in use.

Like most vacuum cleaners of this kind, the Jimmy JV65 Plus comes bundled with an electric floor accessory, an electric mattress accessory, a 2-in-1 brush for upholstery and a 2-in-1 accessory for tight spaces, which means it can gently clean the whole house or even the car.

In terms of autonomy, it is equipped with 8pcs 2.5AH lithium battery, being able to provide up to 70 minutes of use if used without the electric floor brush, in Normal mode, or 30 minutes in Strong mode, and only 9 minutes in Max mode. When used with an electric brush, the autonomy decreases significantly, managing to ensure only 45 minutes of use in Normal mode, 22 minutes in Strong mode and 8 minutes in Max mode.

As I mentioned, the only upgrade that JV65 Plus brings is related to the mop function. It can wipe the floor while vacuuming. The mop is attached to the back of the floor brush, and the water container has a capacity of 250 ml. Unfortunately, the water release system is not very advanced, as we currently find in some robot vacuum cleaners that allow the dosing of the water that it releases. The mop automatically releases water to the floor, like a classic mop, with no options for adjusting the amount.
