ONE-NETBOOK OneGx Pro
Intel Core i7-1160G7 Tiger Lake / 16GB LPDDR4X and 512GB M.2 SSD / Battery 12,000 mAh
Description
The One-Netbook company recently started taking pre-orders for the One-Netbook A1, a 7-inch UMPC (ultra-compact laptop), and it looks like the next new model will be coming soon. This time it’s the OneGx Pro, a 7-inch gaming UMPC powered by a Tiger Lake generation Core i7-1160G7. A video has already been released. The chassis appears to be nearly identical to the current OneGx1.
The OneGx1 is the gaming UMPC with a Core i5-10210Y and support for a detachable controller. The soon-to-arrive OneGx Pro also has the same keyboard, pointing device and power button.
This keyboard is small, but it’s pretty easy to type on. So although A1 is also touted as being for engineers, I think it’s also convenient for small sub-machine use. Just like a gaming device, it emits LED light.
With the Tiger Lake generation i7 on board, the Koch is probably the real gaming UMPC the company wanted to bring out from the beginning. Several games have been shown running comfortably on it.
So, One-Netbook’s gaming UMPC was beaten in performance by the GPD WIN Max, but with the arrival of the OneGx Pro, it looks like it’s going to return to being a high-performance gaming UMPC. I want this one.
