After WalkingPad, a new manufacturer launched a compact treadmill on Xiaomi’s crowdfunding platform. It’s about the Urevo U1, a treadmill similar to the WalkingPad models, but a bit more accessible. Urevo U1 stands out for its small size, being a treadmill with a thickness of 6.5 centimeters and weighing 25 kilograms. It is not very light, but not heavy, and can be moved quite quickly, without back pain. Unlike the rest of the models we have presented in the past on the blog, it cannot be folded. In the front there is an LED display that displays information about the distance traveled, calories consumed and speed in real time.

The start is made using the remote control, and also through it you can select the 2 available modes: constant speed mode and automatic mode, suitable for people who have already gained experience. Urevo U1 has no mobile app. The noise generated is a maximum of 64 decibels, probably when used at maximum speed.

The maximum speed you can reach when using the treadmill is 6 km/h. On paper, it doesn’t seem too fast to lose a few kilograms, but from my own experience I can say that it is enough to keep you in shape. Those who want to use the band only for movement can choose a minimum speed of only 0.6 km/h, ie a relaxed walk while watching your favorite series on Netflix.
