ENGWE ENGINE PRO

Here’s a bike to have fun but which will only be used outside public roads since it doesn’t meet the definition of a VAE (Max 250W and 100% pedaling).

The ENGWE ENGINE PRO is a FAT BIKE model that combines wide tires and compactness. It is equipped with 20 inch wide 4 inch tires. These tires, which are inflated to only 1.4 bar, are softer and are able to grip all surfaces on which a normal bicycle would get stuck. This is the perfect way to keep a good grip on rough roads. The bike is compact and especially foldable. You can easily take it with you in a trunk or could store it in your apartment if you plan to use it for urban transportation. Its luggage rack is also an advantage.

With its 29Kg battery included, the aluminum structure is solid and the manufacturer announces a cyclist weight up to 150Kg. The bike is equipped with a telescopic fork. The brakes are disc brakes. There is a luggage rack. Finally a safety lighting is part of the game.

The ENGWE ENGINE PRO E-bike is powered by a 750W motor associated with a 48V 12.5Ah 18650 battery. It is removable to be charged outside the bike. It looks like the one of my Samebike and reassures about the fact that it can be bought as a spare part via Aliexpress.

A Shimano 7 speed derailleur allows to compensate the pedaling effort in difficult climbs or areas. The announced autonomy can reach 50 km. An electronic counter allows to follow the main indicators.
