Description
The 3D Creality CR-6 Max printer is a large format evolution of the CR-6 SE. Its printing volume increases to 400 x 400 x 400 mm (instead of 235 x 235 x 250 mm on the SE). This is an appreciable maximum volume that exceeds that of most of its Chinese competitors.
While the CR-6SE’s equity financing has been a great success, the CR-6 Max should ensure its release in the coming weeks.
Most of the technical features of the CR6 Max are the same as the CR6 SE: layer thickness between 100 and 400 microns, 32bits motherboard with TMC2209 drivers, max speed 100 mm/s and an extruder that can reach 260°C. The officially supported filaments are PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and wood. Its “leveling free” guarantees a simplified use.
Heating plate and double Z-axis are included, as well as a Meanwell 350W power supply. Creality Slicer software is included but the CR6Max can also be used with Cura, Repetier-Host, Simplify3D.
Not connected in network, the Creality CR-6 Max works autonomously from a USB key or an SD card. Its 4.3-inch screen displays a brand new interface, much easier to understand than the previous generation at Creality.
